This design converts half of an existing garage into an ADU apartment with a kitchen and living room extension off the rear. On a tight lot, this design took advantage of existing space that was underused by the clients and focused the living area on the new pool and landscaped yard. About a month from completion, this one will be ready to relax and swim in by summer.
