After some side trips and dead-ends Daydream 6 finally begins to resolve the conflicts between 2 and 3. A new set of massings emerges with 3 distinct volumes, a garage/apartment, a kitchen/dining/work space, and a sleeping quarters. Spanning between the kitchen and sleeping quarters is the living room, focused around a large glass wall framing a central fireplace. Again, each element is designed to operate independently allowing very different environments to exist internal to one house where very different styles of occupation are occuring.
