The Holistic Health & Happiness center occupies an Historic Building on Main Street in Highland NY. The owners wanted to modernize the building and retrofit it from office spaces into a combination home and healing center. Emphasis was placed on keeping the existing historic elements of the building in tact while modernizing and upgrading the buildings core systems. Particular effort was placed in making the outdoor spaces greener and more welcoming as the buildings location in the core of the hamlet’s business district mean it is landlocked in concrete. Design is still in early stages but will be progressing soon.
